font-weight: inherit;\">\u00a0REDACCI\u00d3N\/VOCESVER.COM\/NOTICIAS<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Xalapapa, Ver. a 22 de Enero 2019.-<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ante el\u00a0 estancamiento y falta de actualizaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Juicio Pol\u00edtico y Declaraci\u00f3n de Procedencia, y con el objetivo de otorgar mayor efectividad en los procesos de sanci\u00f3n contra servidores p\u00fablicos que cometan faltas, la diputada Maryjose Gamboa Torales propuso una reforma integral \u00a0a dicha Ley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">A nombre del Grupo Legislativo del PAN, precis\u00f3 que la propuesta responde a la necesidad de adecuar la legislaci\u00f3n local a las reformas federales en materia de justicia penal, en materia de derechos humanos y en materia anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La iniciaiva propuesta permitir\u00e1 a Veracruz contar con una ley adecuada que aterrice los procedimientos que puedan desembocar en una responsabilidad pol\u00edtica o penal contra un funcionario, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Maryjose Gamboa detall\u00f3 que la iniciativa contempla maximizar los derechos del denunciante y el denunciado, al reconocer el derecho de contar con un recurso efectivo de defensa sin que esto contravenga el articulo 77 de la constituci\u00f3n local.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">De igual forma, se propone fijar los principios bajo los cuales se han de regir las autoridades que intervienen, y otorgar a los funcionarios acusados el principio de presunci\u00f3n de inocencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;
