pr\u00f3ximo coordinador General del Puertos y Marina Mercante de la SCT, ah\u00ed se abord\u00f3 el tema: \u00abPuertos y Marina Mercante,la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Al eventos asistieron marinos mercantes de diversas partes de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Por parte del Puerto de Veracruz asisti\u00f3 el Capit\u00e1n de Altura Ysmael Garc\u00eda Mu\u00f1oz secretario general de la Orden de Capitanes y, Pilotos Navales de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana(OCPNRM) quien acudi\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ado del radio Enrique Jim\u00e9nez y, del capit\u00e1n Santiago
