{"id":6267,"date":"2018-09-02T19:24:57","date_gmt":"2018-09-02T19:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vocesver.com\/noticias\/?p=6267"},"modified":"2018-09-02T19:26:14","modified_gmt":"2018-09-02T19:26:14","slug":"concluye-revision-de-la-nueva-ley-para-notariosvamos-muy-bienbingen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/vocesver.com\/noticias\/concluye-revision-de-la-nueva-ley-para-notariosvamos-muy-bienbingen\/","title":{"rendered":"CONCLUYE REVISI\u00d3N DE LA NUEVA LEY PARA NOTARIOS;VAMOS MUY BIEN:BINGEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Encabez\u00f3 la tercera reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con fedatarios, en el Congreso del Estado<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>AUSENCIO RIVERA\/VOCESVER.COM\/NOTICIAS<\/b><\/div>\n<p><b>Xalapa, Ver., a 2 de septiembre 2018..-<\/b>\u00a0Luego de sostener tres reuniones de trabajo con los fedatarios, para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la Nueva Ley de Notariado para Veracruz, el diputado local, Bingen Rementer\u00eda Molina, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 trabajando principalmente en brindarles la certeza jur\u00eddica que demandan.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante estas reuniones, explic\u00f3 el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Puntos Constitucionales, se analizaron los 309 art\u00edculos que comprende la iniciativa que envi\u00f3 el gobernador del Estado, Miguel \u00c1ngel Yunes Linares; ahora se proceder\u00e1 a revisar lo que se debe remitir al reglamento.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bingen Rementer\u00eda destac\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n por parte de los notarios, toda vez que ellos mismos reconocieron que \u00e9sta es la primera ocasi\u00f3n en la que tienen la oportunidad de participar de manera tan estrecha en la elaboraci\u00f3n de una Ley de su inter\u00e9s. Por ello, asegur\u00f3 que se conformar\u00e1 la mejor Ley de Notariado en la historia de Veracruz.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00abLos notarios tienen la certeza de que se est\u00e1 consensuando la Ley totalmente, est\u00e1n muy agradecidos y nosotros lo valoramos mucho.
