Veracruz, Ver. A 20 de Noviembre…Es urgente que autoridades municipales y estatales abran un nuevo penal en el municipio de Veracruz ya que tras el cierre del Penal Allende no han abierto un nuevo cereso..
Lo anterior lo planteo Juventino Velasco Ramirez dirigente estatal de la UNAL quien explic\u00f3 que al no existir un penal en este puerto muchos de los internos son trasladados a otros penales del Estado y eso les genera muchos gastos a las familias ya que al tener que acudir a otros municipio donde se encuentran recluidos alg\u00fan familiar afectando su econom\u00eda de por si muy golpeada por la carest\u00eda de la vida. Lo ideal es que se construya uno nuevo para que las familias que hoy se ven afectadas dejen de sufrir al doble triple por esa situaci\u00f3n an\u00f3mala.
Dijo que es lamentable que siendo Veracruz el primer puerto de M\u00e9xico el Gobierno del Estado no haya destinado recursos para abrir un nuevo penal que est\u00e1 haciendo mucha falta en este puerto para evitar que la poblaci\u00f3n que tiene alguna persona internada en un penal del estado tenga que gastar lo poco que tiene para ir a visitarlos.
