Las recientes lluvias que han ca\u00eddo en el Puerto de Veracruz han acrecentado el deterioro de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica de la Calle Icazo esquina Fidel Velasquez de esta Ciudad. El exceso de humedad tambi\u00e9n ha incrementado los baches como en el que cayo este taxista en plena luz d\u00eda, afortunadamente no le paso nada, solo el susto, pero es necesario que las autoridades municipales de Obras P\u00fablicas hagan algo al respecto, pues los baches en ese punto van en aumento comentan algunos automovilistas. El problema que ah\u00ed persiste es que cada vez que llueve se forma una laguna que se demora d\u00edas con el agua almacenada debido a que no tienen ninguna salida y eso es lo que est\u00e1 provocando la proliferaci\u00f3n de baches se\u00f1alan.
