\nC\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, puede llevar a proceso injustamente a gente inocente, advirti\u00f3
\nel doctor Gilberto Far\u00edas Morales, presidente del Colegio Nacional de Abogados Penalistas AC.
\nSu an\u00e1lisis se da luego de la publicaci\u00f3n del diario Reforma en el sentido que un testigo prote-
\ngido de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) se\u00f1al\u00f3 al jefe de la polic\u00eda capitalina, Omar Garc\u00eda Harfuch, por presuntamente haber recibido dinero del grupo criminal
\n\u201cGuerreros Unidos\u201d en 2014, para permitirle a este grupo el trasiego de droga en Guerrero.
\nAl respecto, el jurista veracruzano subray\u00f3 que el testigo protegido y el colaborador es una figura jur\u00eddica
\nmuy peligrosa establecida en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, a trav\u00e9s de la cual se
\npuede llevar a proceso injustamente a gente inocente. Destac\u00f3 que se puede da\u00f1ar su vida, su reputaci\u00f3n,
\nsu carrera y profesi\u00f3n caus\u00e1ndole adem\u00e1s un descr\u00e9dito social, un da\u00f1o moral y familiar.
\nConsider\u00f3 lamentable que las fiscal\u00edas est\u00e9n
\nutilizando esta figura establecida en la ley para favorecer a unos y perjudicar a otros.
\n\u201cEn mi opini\u00f3n personal este derecho genera impunidad y demuestra la incapacidad de las instituciones y del Estado mexicano en la investigaci\u00f3n y persecuci\u00f3n
\ndel delito\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el abogado honoris causa por las universidades Bonagens y Am\u00e9rican Internacional
