Desde 1914 el puerto de Veracruz no ten\u00eda un bloqueo simult\u00e1neo de tierra y del mar, porque en lancha se fueron a la bocana para bloquear tambi\u00e9n el acceso mar\u00edtimo. En aquella \u00e9poca fue por la invasi\u00f3n norteamericana, el d\u00eda de hoy para evitar una injusticia jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La Orden de Capitanes, y con seguridad todas las dem\u00e1s organizaciones, asociaciones civiles y colegios de marinos agradecemos a los marinos mercantes que luchan por mantener con honor nuestra profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mantengamos esa lucha con unidad, nuevamente los convocamos a afiliarse las organizaciones sindicales, y a los colegios de marinos porque aunque somos pocos, si tenemos unidad,<br \/>\npodremos defender y engrandecer a nuestra industria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fraternidad y Trabajo<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cap.
