Por considerarla improcedente, el ministro de la\u00a0<strong>Suprema Corte de justicia de la Naci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0(SCJN)\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Fernando Franco Gonz\u00e1lez-Salas<\/strong>, desech\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad<\/strong>\u00a0que promovi\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>Instituto Nacional Electoral<\/strong>\u00a0(INE) en contra de la llamada\u00a0<strong>\u00abLey Bonilla\u00bb,<\/strong>\u00a0con la que se\u00a0<strong>ampli\u00f3 de dos a cinco a\u00f1os el periodo de gobierno<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Jaime Bonilla<\/strong>\u00a0en el estado de\u00a0<strong>Baja California.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>El ministro\u00a0<strong>Gonz\u00e1lez-Salas<\/strong>\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 en la lista de acuerdos que la\u00a0<strong>improcedencia<\/strong>\u00a0de la acci\u00f3n interpuesta por el\u00a0<strong>INE<\/strong>\u00a0era\u00a0<strong>evidente.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><strong>Se desecha de plano, por notoria y manifiesta improcedencia, la acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad 124\/2019, promovida por quien se ostenta como Secretario Ejecutivo del Instituto Nacional Electoral\u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sin embargo, vale mencionar que a la fecha suman\u00a0<strong>siete<\/strong>\u00a0los\u00a0<strong>medios de control constitucional<\/strong>\u00a0que se interpusieron para\u00a0<strong>impugnar la ampliaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>Baja California<\/strong>, los cuales\u00a0<strong>si fueron admitidos a tr\u00e1mite<\/strong>\u00a0por el mismo ministro.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dichos recursos han sido interpuestos o promovidos por los partidos\u00a0<strong>Revolucionario Institucional<\/strong>\u00a0(PRI),\u00a0<strong>Acci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong>\u00a0(PAN), de la\u00a0<strong>Revoluci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica<\/strong>\u00a0(PRD),\u00a0<strong>Movimiento Ciudadano<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>Partido de Baja California<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos<\/strong>\u00a0(CNDH).<\/p>\n<div constitucional<\/strong>\u00a0que interpuso la administraci\u00f3n del exgobernador\u00a0<strong>Francisco Vega de Lamadrid.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El pasado 28 de octubre, el m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial del pa\u00eds neg\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>suspensi\u00f3n de la \u201cLey Bonilla\u201d<\/strong>, estableciendo que dicha norma es de car\u00e1cter tracto sucesivo; es decir, que en el transcurso del tiempo sigue produciendo efectos, por lo que el hecho de que el\u00a0<strong>gobernador electo rindiera protesta<\/strong>, no impide que la\u00a0<strong>SCJN<\/strong>\u00a0pueda resolver dicho tema con posteridad.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tras la\u00a0<strong>toma de protesta<\/strong>\u00a0de\u00a0<strong>Jaime Bonilla<\/strong>\u00a0como gobernador en esa entidad, el pasado\u00a0<strong>1 de noviembre<\/strong>, el ministro presidente de la\u00a0<strong>SCJN, Arturo Zald\u00edvar<\/strong>, record\u00f3 que el \u00fanico\u00a0<strong>\u00f3rgano facultado\u00a0<\/strong>para pronunciarse sobre la\u00a0<strong>constitucionalidad\u00a0<\/strong>de la llamada\u00a0<strong>\u201cLey Bonilla\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0es la propia\u00a0<strong>Corte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">INF.
