Foto: Cuartoscuro<\/p>\n<p>NACIONAL.- A 28 de Octubre 2019.- De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de UNOTV.COM&#8230;.La\u00a0<strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>SCJN<\/strong>) resolvi\u00f3 que los\u00a0<strong>ministros\u00a0<\/strong>podr\u00e1n resolver\u00a0<strong>controversias\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>acciones\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>inconstitucionalidad\u00a0<\/strong>de la llamada \u201c<strong>Ley Bonilla<\/strong>\u201d en\u00a0<strong>Baja California<\/strong>\u00a0tras la toma de protesta del mandatario electo,\u00a0<strong>Jaime Bonilla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La suspensi\u00f3n de la \u201c<strong>Ley Bonilla<\/strong>\u201d fue tomada por el ministro\u00a0<strong>Fernando Franco Gonz\u00e1lez Salas\u00a0<\/strong>luego que el actual\u00a0<strong>gobernador\u00a0<\/strong>del estado,\u00a0<strong>Francisco Vega<\/strong>, interpusiera una\u00a0<strong>controversia constitucional\u00a0<\/strong>en contra del decreto que extiende de 2 a 5 a\u00f1os el mandato del gobernador entrante, quien rendir\u00e1\u00a0<strong>protesta\u00a0<\/strong>el pr\u00f3ximo\u00a0<strong>01 de noviembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El\u00a0<strong>m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano judicial\u00a0<\/strong>del pa\u00eds neg\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n de la \u201c<strong>Ley Bonilla<\/strong>\u201d y estableci\u00f3 que la norma es de car\u00e1cter tracto sucesivo; es decir, que en el transcurso del tiempo sigue produciendo efectos, por lo que el hecho de que el gobernador electo rinda protesta, no impide que la\u00a0<strong>SCJN\u00a0<\/strong>resuelva con posterioridad el tema.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El ministro dio un plazo de 30 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles al\u00a0<strong>Poder Legislativo\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>Baja California<\/strong>\u00a0para que env\u00ede al alto tribunal copia certificada de los antecedentes legislativos de las normas impugnadas, incluyendo las iniciativas, los dict\u00e1menes de las comisiones, las actas de las sesiones en las que se aplicar\u00e1 una multa.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>INE presenta ante tribunal acci\u00f3n declarativa contra \u201cLey Bonilla\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sumado a la controversia anterior, el pasado\u00a0<a title=\"INE presenta ante tribunal acci\u00f3n declarativa contra \u201cLey Bonilla\u201d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unotv.com\/noticias\/portal\/nacional\/detalle\/ine-presenta-tribunal-accion-declarativa-contra-ley-bonilla-880089\/\" target=\"_self\">24 de octubre, el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) interpuso ante el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF) una acci\u00f3n declarativa contra la \u201cLey Bonilla\u201d<\/a>, aprobada en d\u00edas pasados
