pleno del\u00a0<strong>Senado de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>\u00a0se distingui\u00f3 por la unidad que se logr\u00f3 para aprobar la reserva m\u00e1s importante para eliminar este cobro al agua para el campo, pues se aval\u00f3 por unanimidad con<strong>\u00a0100 votos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Se aprob\u00f3, con cambios, el dictamen de la minuta de la<strong>\u00a0Ley Federal de Derechos<\/strong>, por lo que la devuelve a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Eliminar pagos\u00a0<\/strong>de derechos de entrada y salida del turismo internacional y de migrantes, fueron otras reservas importantes que tambi\u00e9n se aprobaron en este\u00a0<strong>dictamen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Controversia entre senadores, tras resoluci\u00f3n del agua<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Mientras que lo que provoc\u00f3\u00a0<strong>controversia\u00a0<\/strong>entre los senadores fue el tema de destinar la mayor parte del\u00a0<strong>Fondo Minero<\/strong>, que ronda por los cuatro mil millones de pesos, para educaci\u00f3n, por lo que no prosper\u00f3 ninguna reserva para pedir que se quede como est\u00e1 vigente, que son recursos para los\u00a0<strong>municipios mineros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En esta discusi\u00f3n hizo uso de la tribuna el senador\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Monreal<\/strong>, para explicar que es urgente la atenci\u00f3n de la infraestructura de miles de escuelas que est\u00e1n destruidas, por lo que se destinar\u00e1 para la\u00a0<strong>construcci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>y esca\u00f1o y le dijo que para lo de las\u00a0<strong>escuelas todos los mexicanos pagamos impuestos<\/strong>, y que el Fondo Minero es para apoyar a los municipios que sufren da\u00f1os en su infraestructura por la\u00a0<strong>actividad minera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Monreal \u00c1vila le contest\u00f3 que por primera vez se va aplicar\u00e1 este fondo con<strong>\u00a0honradez y responsabilidad<\/strong>, porque conf\u00eda en los maestros y que se privilegie a la educaci\u00f3n, y que la facultad de los legisladores es\u00a0<strong>cambiar\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>generar\u00a0<\/strong>para beneficiar a quienes m\u00e1s lo requieren.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tambi\u00e9n el senador de Morena\u00a0<strong>Napole\u00f3n G\u00f3mez Urrutia\u00a0<\/strong>lo cuestion\u00f3 sobre por qu\u00e9 no se les cobraba m\u00e1s impuestos a los empresarios mineros, para tener un fondo m\u00e1s grande, a lo que Monreal le respondi\u00f3 que se pueden hacer esas iniciativas y que\u00a0<strong>se analizar\u00e1n con responsabilidad<\/strong>, pero que ahora se avalar\u00e1 la propuesta
