A 4 de Octubre 2019.- De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de UNOTV.COM&#8230;.El\u00a0<strong>presidente\u00a0<\/strong>de la\u00a0<strong>Junta\u00a0<\/strong>de\u00a0<strong>Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica\u00a0<\/strong>del\u00a0<strong>Senado<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Monreal,\u00a0<\/strong>inform\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo martes 8 de octubre, durante la sesi\u00f3n de la C\u00e1mara Alta, cuando se discuta y apruebe la renuncia del ministro\u00a0<strong>Eduardo Medina Mora\u00a0<\/strong>a la\u00a0<strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>SCJN<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>El\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.senado.gob.mx\/64\/\" target=\"\">Senado de la Rep\u00fablica\u00a0<\/a>recibi\u00f3 del presidente\u00a0<strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador\u00a0<\/strong>la aceptaci\u00f3n de la\u00a0dimisi\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Medina Mora\u00a0<\/strong>como ministro\u00a0de la\u00a0<strong>SCJN.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Monreal \u00c1vila\u00a0<\/strong>detall\u00f3 que, de acuerdo con el\u00a0<strong>Art\u00edculo 98 Constitucional<\/strong>, tras la aceptaci\u00f3n de la renuncia por parte del\u00a0<strong>Ejecutivo Federal<\/strong>, corresponde al\u00a0<strong>Senado\u00a0<\/strong>valorar la misma y, al no estar en ley las causales graves para la separaci\u00f3n del cargo, el pleno discutir\u00e1 el caso particular del ministro.<\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-adCall\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Calific\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>falsas\u00a0<\/strong>las\u00a0<strong>especulaciones\u00a0<\/strong>relacionadas con una presi\u00f3n directa del\u00a0<strong>Ejecutivo Federal\u00a0<\/strong>para la renuncia del ministro.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em><strong>\u201cFalso, el Gobierno del presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador ha sido respetuoso del Estado de Derecho. Es un presidente de los m\u00e1s respetuosos de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, no tiene injerencia alguna entre los poderes, ha respetado al Poder Legislativo y ha respetado al Poder Judicial, no es cierto&#8230;\u201d,\u00a0<u>dijo.<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Refiri\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 por\u00a0<strong>mayor\u00eda simple<\/strong>\u00a0la\u00a0<strong>votaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>para aceptar la renuncia, adem\u00e1s de que deber\u00e1n contar con las\u00a0<strong>justificaciones<\/strong>, porque un ministro s\u00f3lo puede separarse del cargo por\u00a0<strong>causas graves<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">INF.
