Es necesario crear empleos para recomponer el tejido social, afirm\u00f3 Ricardo Exsome. \u201cMucho tiene que ver el tema de que tengan un trabajo, si no hay estabilidad econ\u00f3mica, dif\u00edcilmente puede haber una recomposici\u00f3n del tejido social\u201d sentenci\u00f3 el candidato a Diputado Federal por MORENA. Exsome reconoci\u00f3 la importancia de que la poblaci\u00f3n tenga posibilidades laborales y que generen ingreso, adem\u00e1s insisti\u00f3 que se deben ofrecer m\u00e1s oportunidades para que los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes contin\u00faen su preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica. Respecto al tema de la utilizaci\u00f3n de programas sociales para combatir estas problem\u00e1ticas, Ricardo Exsome asever\u00f3 que de cada cien pesos destinados a programas sociales, solo llegan siete a la ciudadan\u00eda, \u201cEl dinero existe y por cada 100 pesos, 93 se van en burocracia y corrupci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo.
