Gerardo Soto G\u00e1lvez como presidente,Fidel Hern\u00e1ndez Aguirre como vicepresidente y, el licenciado Gilberto Far\u00edas Morales como secretario General.<\/p>\n<p>En el evento tuvimos a bien llevar a cabo la firma del convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad Aut\u00f3nomo de Baja California quien estuvo representada por el Mtro.
